If you have a Cry-Ac® or Cry-Ac®-3 that requires servicing or repair simply return the unit to us and we will evaluate and quote for the repair before carrying out any work.

For your own piece of mind and for insurance reasons we recommend you send your parcel either by recorded delivery or by courier.
Our typical turn round time is 7 - 10 days on receipt of official purchase order.

In the event we find Cry-AC unit does not require servicing and is working within normal parameters, or you decide not to go ahead with the advised service, an inspection only cost will be applied:

The 3-year manufacturers limited warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not accidental or user damage.

Cryo Trade-Ins

Do you have an old complete hand-held cryo equipment, of any manufacturer, sitting in a cupboard doing nothing? Or is it just too old to consider repairing?
We will offer you a 10% Trade-In discount off the current list price of a brand new Cry-Ac® or Cry-Ac®-3 with a 3-year manufacturers limited warranty.
All we ask is that you return the old unit to us for safe disposal.
